Minimum deposit amounts begin at RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfer methods. Withdrawal minimums align with deposit minimums. Maximum transaction limits are determined by the chosen payment method. m8agent reserves the right to adjust limits at its discretion and may impose additional limits on specific accounts as part of risk management procedures.
E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay, as well as DuitNow transfers, are credited to your account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. FPX and internet banking transfers typically take 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following network confirmation, which typically takes between 15 and 60 minutes depending on the network and coin. Withdrawal processing times for e-wallet methods target 15 minutes from approval during normal hours. m8agent does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. m8agent does not impose currency conversion fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to KYC verification. m8agent reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
